Is Harley Quinn coming to ‘Arrow’?

Is a certain deranged, clown obsessed lady headed to Starling City? Right now the answer is a ‘maybe’.

Michael Rowe, who plays Deadshot in CW’s hit show, Arrow, posted this image on his Instagram page early last week with a look at members of the Suicide Squad – including a blonde woman with pigtails.

The actress, Cassidy Alexa, is described as a ‘Deranged Female Squad Member’ in S2.Ep16’s ‘Suicide Squad’. But Tara Strong, who has voiced Harley Quinn in the Arkham game series, lent her voice to Alexa who was a stand-in for the character. You can check out a clip of her below:

The role of Quinn hasn’t been given to Alexa and we don’t know if they will give it to her. Now that Gotham is in production, it may make it harder to bring her in to the show. Arrow is no stranger to bringing characters from the Batman universe to the show, with Jessica De Gouw playing Helena Bertinelli (The Huntress) in several episodes and the arrival of Nightwing (played by The Vampire Diaries actor Steven R. McQueen) later on in the series.

Harley Quinn’s involvement with Arrow does make sense since she is a member of The New 52 Suicide Squad (also known as Task Force X) which is led by Amanda Waller.
