Edgar Allan Poe-wned. The Raven trailer
While I was never a super fan of Edgar Allan Poe, I am somewhat familiar with his work thanks to some mandatory 8th grade reading. I understand the obvious aesthetic reasons for choosing John Cusack for this role but, to me he’s always come off a little I dunno, goofy? In any case, the film looks kinda cool and I’ll totally be checking it out next year.
Will you be going to see The Raven when it hits theaters?

I agree J3SS, John Cusack does seem to be playing outside of his usual role here as Poe, it looks like that could go either way.
The rest of the trailer looks like the film will be similar in style to the new “Sherlock films”, and that the director will maintain his style from “V for Vendetta”.
Theaters, maybe. DVD/Netflix, most definitely.
