Doctor Who is one of the most popular shows in the world. Many Whovians (the fan name for the fans of the show) have one particular Doctor they love. For the Whovians out there who love the 4th Doctor, played by the wonderful Tom Baker, I’ve found a piece of art that you’ll love! I came across the DeviantArt page of an artist named Christine who created a lovely portrait of Tom Baker aka the 4th Doctor.
