How to Make a Stormtrooper Helmet

I’ve always wondered how costumers out there made such good stormtrooper costumes, especially the helmets. I’m pretty sure one of the prerequisites to even get in the famous 501st Legion is to make your costume from scratch. The other is life-long virginity, you know, by choice *cough*.

I present to you the original stormtrooper designer, Andrew Ainsworth, as he guides you step by step how to properly make an original stormtrooper helmet.

Ainsworth is a flat out lying, Sure he created the originals way back, but to flat out say that he still has the original bucks and uses them to STILL create helmets, BS those bucks would have worn out a long tom ago.and as a sculptor there are far better methods to make a helmet mould/buck. besides using a cheese grater …lol

Ainsworth sculpted nothing. He was and is a vacuum former pure and simple. He was proven to be a liar in court just read the judgement. If anyone is convinced by this dvd then they have no knowledge of sculptural methods – just look at the final result! His versions of events have evolved over the years and have changed again with information he has picked up from evidence given by witnesses in the court case. It is a real travesty that he has titled himself ‘designer’.
