This is the last issue as Justice League is taking a short break and being replaced by the Justice League: Gods and Men tie-ins.
BATMAN ANNUAL #4 | DC COMICS

Illustrator: Roge Antonio
This new annual takes a break from the Jim Gordon/Batman and explores Bruce Wayne’s state of mind after leaving the cape and cowl behind. This book should give some good insight finally into what happened to Bruce after the events of Endgame and is definitely a must read.
THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE #6 | DC COMICS

Illustrator: J.H. Williams
The final chapter of the Sandman prequel by series creator Neil Gaiman is wrapping up this month. This story has done a great job filling in the spaces before the events of Sandman #1 and I’m looking forward to more gorgeous art from J.H. Williams with a few surprise appearances.

The story takes place in the isolated country of Akhara where rival houses battle for political power. This new fantasy epic is led by an all-female creative team and looks to bring some new life into the fantasy genre as it has been highly anticipated since it was first announced in the summer of 2014.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: WHITE #2 | MARVEL COMICS

Illustrator: Tim Sale
With all the Secret Wars books going on right now this story is a great change of pace as it tells a more classic story of how Cap and Bucky became leaders during WWII. Following a great first issue I am really looking forward to reading more and this issue looks to have a surprise appearance by someone from Steve Rogers past.
