Fus Ro Dah IRL Coming Soon from Kinect

When I first read this yesterday it actually reminded me that I still had some side missions to finish so I popped in Skyrim and spent my night off getting sucked in again. **but G33KBOT how can it be fun when you’re level 81 and maxed out in everything?** Oh trust me, there’s nothing quite like pwning Draugr Deathlords with a couple sword hits.

Anyhow, that got me thinking (and then practicing on the cat) about doing Fus Ro Dah’s in real life via Xbox Kinect. Oh you didn’t know? Yep, Bethseda Studios announced that they are releasing an update to the Xbox version of Skyrim with more than 200 voice commands. The voice commands will let you do everything from managing your menus, saves, dragon shouts, setup hot-keys, and command your followers.

Although I think this would be really fun, I have a feeling the novelty would wear off about as fast as my 420 buzz… that and I don’t my neighbors would appreciate me yelling Fus Ro Dah at the top of my lungs in the middle of the night. Try explaining that one to cops when I answer the door in nothing but my viking helmet. Yeah now THERE’s a sight…
