Future Fossils

Aside from the obvious carbon footprints we’ll be leaving behind, do you ever stop to think about what it’s going to be like in 12,000 years when future generations dig up your old bong? What about that blue tooth headset you wear all day long to feel important? Or how about the dildo you won at dirty bingo? And what will they think when they find it? What kind of tests will they run? Will your dildo end up in on display in some futuristic museum? What would the plaque say? Will there be plaques?

Artists, Rebecca Johnson and Jeff Klarin over at Bughouse created fossilized versions of popular electronics that are likely to be dug up thousands of years from now. Sorry, no bongs or dildos here….yet.
